Fuel Injector Installation:
Because of the position of these injectors in relation to the fuel rail, extreme care should be taken during installation so as not to damage the oring seals.
Problems with new injectors immediately after installation are almost always due to improper installation which can ruin the orings.
Always inspect the orings for damage before considering the injector itself to be defective.
Just prior to installation apply a small amount of petroleum based lubricate, i.e. motor oil, on the orings.
Use a rocking motion to install the oring in to the fuel rail and instake manifold. Never twist-in or "screw-in" the injector.
This may cause scoring or cutting of the oring.
Prior to installation inspect any inline fuel filter that may be dirty and cause contamination of the new parts.
If your vehicle has been stored or sat unstarted for more than several months there are many other safeguards you should take into account
before replacing fuel injectors and starting the engine.

These Denso 24lb fuel injectors are reconditioned to the manufacturer's specificationa and are sold with our best 3 Year/Unlimited Miles Warranty. All have been leak tested to be certain the injector can maintain 60psi of pressure along with a spray pattern test and coil resistance checked. If the injector passed these tests, each one got a static flow test at a constant 44psi. Then a dynamic flow check was performed - this final test simulates actual running conditions. If the injector passes the flow tests it got all new filter basket, orings and pintle cap. And finally a good polishing and a clear coat sprayed on (on some sets the metal bodies have been sprayed black) and hermetically sealed to increase shelf life. (Our photo injectors may have been unpacked to better show the parts). Protect your new engine with a set of flow matched injectors.
